Airtopia is located in the air of course, and I will be the one ruling it. Anyone is welcome I have no requirements, when you are in Airtopia you are free! The only rules I will have is when flying around, you don't speed and that you stay safe. You also must be 14 years older too fly! I am in charge of everything and if you fly under age then you are pushed down too land!
